ZINE

noun. (/ziːn/ ZEEN; short for magazine)

Originating in 1980s punk culture fanzines, but with even earlier precursers such as the 1920s Little Magazines, 'zines' are small indie press or self published magazines with a limited print run that are comprised of reproduced orginal text and image via small scale printing techniques.
